The Royals (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Pinellas Park (Largo, FL). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 9-6 record. In their last challenge, Pinellas Park was dropped by Osceola (Seminole, FL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans encounter the Tarpon Springs Spongers (Tarpon Springs, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 4. Lakewood will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Spongers enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Palm Harbor University (Palm Harbor, FL).
