The Mount Sinai Mustangs volleyball team (Mount Sinai, NY), went down 3-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host John Glenn Knights (Elwood, NY)

The Knights (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hampton Bays (Hampton Bays, NY). The Baymen come into the Section 11 B-7 challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, Hampton Bays went down by Center Moriches (Center Moriches, NY), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Shoreham-Wading River Wildcats (Shoreham, NY) in a Section 11 A-6 challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Mount Sinai will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bayport-Blue Point (Bayport, NY).
