Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the RedHawks clash with the Skutt Catholic SkyHawks (Omaha, NE) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 7. Marist will attempt to advance on its 19-6 season record. The SkyHawks come into the match with a 19-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Roncalli Catholic (Omaha, NE).
With the loss, Lake Central drops to 22-8 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Merrillville (Merrillville, IN) to clash with the Pirates in a Duneland match on Tuesday, October 4. The Pirates come into the match with a record of 12-14. Merrillville lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN)
