The Metea Valley Mustangs volleyball team (Aurora, IL), went down 2-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL)

The Lions (20-3) will now prepare for their challenge against York (Elmhurst, IL). The Dukes come into the West Suburban- Silver challenge with a 16-5 record. In their last challenge, York went down by Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL) in a DuPage Valley challenge, on Tuesday, October 4. Metea Valley will attempt to move on its 18-7 season record. The Redhawks come into the challenge with a 11-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Geneva (Geneva, IL).
