California High School Volleyball - Nevada Union tips Ponderosa

October 3, 2022: Shingle Springs, CA 95682

The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) and the host Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA), saw Nevada Union's volleyball squad nip Ponderosa by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Nevada Union upgrades its record to 12-17 on the year. The Miners travel to Lincoln (Lincoln, CA) to play the Fighting Zebras in a Foothill Valley League bout on Wednesday, October 5. The Fighting Zebras go into the bout with a record of 15-7. Lincoln won 3-0 in their recent league bout against West Park (Roseville, CA)

The Bruins now own a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Placer for a Foothill Valley League bout on Wednesday, October 5.
