The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) and the visiting Northside Mustangs (Chicago, IL), saw Niles West's volleyball squad beat Northside by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Niles West upgrades its record to 17-10 on the year. The Wolves host Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL) to play the Spartans in a Central Suburban bout on Thursday, October 6. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 7-13. Glenbrook North won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Maine South (Park Ridge, IL)

The Mustangs now own a 7-12 record. They play next when they host Kennedy for a Chicago Public Super bout on Tuesday, October 4. Northside will play a Crusaders squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Kenwood (Chicago, IL). The Crusaders record now stands at 7-15.
