In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Champlain Valley Union Redhawks soccer squad scored a close 5-0 win over the Burr & Burton Bulldogs.

The Redhawks (7-0) will now prepare for their battle against Bellows Free Academy (St. Albans, VT). The Bobwhites/Comets go into the Metro battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Bellows Free Academy was overwhelmed by South Burlington (South Burlington, VT), 3-1, in a league battle.

The Bulldogs (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Mount Anthony (Bennington, VT). The Patriots go into the SVL-A battle with a 6-4 record. In their last bout, Mount Anthony tipped Brattleboro (Brattleboro, VT), 3-1, in a league bout.
