St. Helens Lions (St. Helens, OR) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Rainier Columbians (Rainier, OR), 4-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions confront the Seaside Seagulls (Seaside, OR) in a 4A Cowapa challenge, on Thursday, October 5. St. Helens will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Seagulls enter the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 1-1 league Astoria (Astoria, OR).

The Columbians now have a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Tillamook for a 4A Cowapa challenge on Thursday, October 5.
