Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM), 4-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM) in a challenge, on Saturday, October 7. Hobbs will attempt to better on its 8-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM).
The Coyotes now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Carlsbad for a challenge on Saturday, October 7. Roswell will confront a Cavemen team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Cavemen record now stands at 0-8.
