With the win, Western Albemarle upgrades its record to 6-2 on the year. The Warriors travel to Louisa County (Mineral, VA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 4. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 5-6. Louisa County won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Goochland (Goochland, VA)

The Patriots now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Orange County for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 5. Albemarle will play a Fighting Hornets squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA). The Fighting Hornets record now stands at 4-6.
