The Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes topped the host Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Hurricanes now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coastal Christian for a test on Thursday, October 5. Cape Fear Academy will confront a Centurions team coming off a 2-0 league win over John Paul II Catholic (Greenville, NC). The Centurions record now stands at 9-3.
The Patriots (7-6) will now prepare for their test against John Paul II Catholic (Greenville, NC). The Saints enter the non-league test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, John Paul II Catholic was knocked off by Coastal Christian (Wilmington, NC), 2-0, in a league test.
