The Fort Defiance Indians held off the visiting Buffalo Gap Bison volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Indians now have a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waynesboro for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 10. Fort Defiance will confront a Little Giants team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Little Giants record now stands at 1-12.
The Bison (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA). The Little Giants enter the non-league test with a 1-11 record. In their last test, Waynesboro held off Staunton (Staunton, VA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
