The Mariners now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Pamlico County for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 5. East Carteret will play a Hurricanes squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 14-4.
