In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting East Duplin Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Kinston Vikings.
The Panthers now have a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Lenoir for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 10. East Duplin will confront a Hawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 12-5.
The Vikings (0-9) will now prepare for their test against Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC). The Stallions enter the non-league test with a 2-11 record. In their last test, Southwest Onslow was knocked off by North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
