The Tohatchi Cougars held off the host Navajo Prep Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cougars now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crownpoint for a non-league test on Thursday, October 5.
The Eagles (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Thoreau (Thoreau, NM). The Hawks enter the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Thoreau held off Newcomb (Newcomb, NM), 2-0, in a non-league test.
