New York High School Soccer - Rye knocks off Edgemont

Rye Garnets (Rye, NY) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Edgemont Panthers (Scarsdale, NY), 4-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Garnets face the Eastchester Eagles (Eastchester, NY) in a Conference 2 League D challenge, on Saturday, October 7. Rye will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record.
The Panthers now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Scarsdale B for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 5. Edgemont will face a team coming off a 9-1 league loss to Ossining (Ossining, NY). The record now stands at 0-4.
