The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Sandia Prep Sundevils (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Oak Grove Classical Academy Owls (Albuquerque, NM), saw Sandia Prep's soccer squad triumph over Oak Grove Classical Academy by a margin of 7-1.
The Sundevils now sport a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to East Mountain for a A/3A District 1 test on Thursday, October 5. Sandia Prep will meet a Timberwolves squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Timberwolves record now stands at 5-8.
With the loss, Oak Grove Classical Academy drops to 7-4 on the season. The Owls travel to Rehoboth Christian (Rehoboth, NM) to meet the Lynx in a A/3A District 1 test on Thursday, October 5. The Lynx come into the test with a record of 10-1. Rehoboth Christian won 1-0 in their recent league test against Bosque (Albuquerque, NM)
