North Hall Trojans (Gainesville, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 16-7 record. They take the field next when they host Madison County for a 4A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, October 5. North Hall will face a Red Raiders squad coming off a 7-6 league win over Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 15-10.

With the loss, Cedar Shoals falls to 6-22 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Chestatee (Gainesville, GA) to face the War Eagles in a 4A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, October 5. The War Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 4-17. Chestatee lost 17-2 in their recent league challenge against Seckinger (Buford, GA)
