Chattooga Indians (Summerville, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA), 8-0 in a league challenge.

The Indians now sport a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they host Darlington for a 1A D-I Region 7 challenge on Thursday, October 5. Chattooga will face a Tigers squad coming off a 11-2 league loss to Trion (Trion, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 9-11.

With the loss, Pepperell falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Dragons host Dade County (Trenton, GA) to face the Wolverines in a 1A D-I Region 7 challenge on Thursday, October 5. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a record of 15-6. Dade County won 8-0 in their recent league challenge against Trion (Trion, GA)
