The Wayne County Yellow Jackets softball team (Jesup, GA), was routed 4-0 in Tuesday's non-league test with the host Coffee Trojans (Douglas, GA)

Coming up next, the Trojans clash with the Jenkins Warriors (Savannah, GA) in a 5A Region 1 test, on Wednesday, October 4. Coffee will attempt to improve on its 18-4 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 5-14 record after their 13-1 league loss to Statesboro (Statesboro, GA).

The Yellow Jackets (16-7) will now prepare for their test against Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA). The Yellow Jackets come into the 4A Region 3 test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Southeast Bulloch edged Burke County (Waynesboro, GA), 8-0, in a league test.
