Georgia High School Softball - Telfair County bounces Dooly County

The Telfair County Trojans (McRae, GA) softball routed the host Dooly County Bobcats (Vienna, GA), 7-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Trojans (9-8) will now prepare for their bout against Wilcox County (Rochelle, GA). The Patriots go into the 1A D-II Region 4 bout with a 13-7 record. In their last bout, Wilcox County held off Lee County (Leesburg, GA), 6-0, in a non-league bout.
The Bobcats now possess a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Hawkinsville for a 1A D-II Region 4 bout on Thursday, October 5. Dooly County will confront a Red Devils squad coming off a 9-4 non-league win over Howard (Macon, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 17-7.
