Social Circle Redskins (Social Circle, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Jasper County Hurricanes (Monticello, GA), 13-1 in a league challenge.

The Redskins now own a 16-8 record. They take the field next when they host Oconee County for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 4. Social Circle will face a Warriors squad coming off a 13-9 league win over Hart County (Hartwell, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-18.

With the loss, Jasper County falls to 11-11 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA) to face the Patriots in a 1A D-I Region 5 challenge on Thursday, October 5. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 2-17. Oglethorpe County lost 13-1 in their recent league challenge against Prince Avenue Christian (Athens, GA)
