The Flomaton Hurricanes (Flomaton, AL) volleyball were winner over the visiting Blacksher Bulldogs (Uriah, AL), 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Flomaton betters its record to 5-7 on the year. The Hurricanes travel to W.S. Neal (East Brewton, AL) to face the Eagles in a 3A Area 1 outing on Thursday, October 5. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 3-10. W.S. Neal won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Hillcrest (Evergreen, AL)

The Bulldogs now sport a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Jay for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 7. Blacksher will face a Royals squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Central (Milton, FL). The Royals record now stands at 13-4.
