Texas High School Volleyball - Ore City overwhelmed by Bowie

The Ore City Rebels volleyball team (Ore City, TX), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Bowie Pirates (Simms, TX)

The Pirates (16-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Linden-Kildare (Linden, TX). The Tigers come into the 2A Region III District 18 challenge with a 7-9 record. In their last challenge, Linden-Kildare defeated Maud (Maud, TX), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rebels encounter the Maud Cardinals (Maud, TX) in a 2A Region III District 18 challenge, on Friday, October 6. Ore City will attempt to move on its 1-20 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 6-15 record after their 3-1 league loss to Linden-Kildare (Linden, TX).
