Texas High School Volleyball - Bowie overwhelmed by Sam Houston

In Tuesday's league battle, the host Sam Houston Texans volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Bowie Volunteers.

The Texans (12-18) will now prepare for their battle against South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Warriors come into the 6A Region I District 8 battle with a 11-19 record. In their last battle, South Grand Prairie lost by Martin (Arlington, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Volunteers encounter the Grand Prairie Gophers (Grand Prairie, TX) in a 6A Region I District 8 battle, on Friday, October 6. Bowie will attempt to advance on its 1-21 season record. The Gophers come into the battle with a 8-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to Arlington (Arlington, TX).
