In Tuesday's league contest, the La Salle Lancers (Pasadena, CA) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary Cardinals (Montebello, CA), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Lancers battle the St. Genevieve Valiants (Panorama City, CA) in a Camino Real contest, on Wednesday, October 4. La Salle will attempt to better on its 14-13 season record. The Valiants come into the contest with a 4-13 record after their 3-2 league win over St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA).

With the loss, Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary drops to 8-9 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA) to battle the Swordsmen in a Camino Real contest on Thursday, October 5. The Swordsmen come into the contest with a record of 4-15.
