In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Chase County Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Council Grove Braves.

The Bulldogs (10-10) will now prepare for their battle against Council Grove (Council Grove, KS). The Braves come into the Flint Hills battle with a 4-14 record. In their last battle, Council Grove achieved victory over Central Heights (Richmond, KS), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Braves encounter the Chase County Bulldogs (Cottonwood Falls, KS) in a Flint Hills battle, on Tuesday, October 3. Council Grove will attempt to advance on its 4-16 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 8-10 record after their 2-0 league loss to Mission Valley (Eskridge, KS).
