With the win, Cross Episcopal upgrades its record to 11-16 on the year. The Stingrays host Beaufort Academy (Beaufort, SC) to play the Eagles in a SCISA AA Region II bout on Thursday, October 5. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Beaufort Academy won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Thomas Heyward Academy (Ridgeland, SC)

The Patriots now own a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Jefferson Davis Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 5.
