Illinois High School Volleyball - Polo over Forreston

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Polo Marcos (Polo, IL) and the host Forreston Cardinals (Forreston, IL), saw Polo's volleyball squad beat Forreston by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Polo upgrades its record to 13-10 on the year. The Marcos host Warren (Warren, IL) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 5. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 3-20. Warren lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against River Ridge (Hanover, IL)

The Cardinals now own a 9-16 record. They play next when they host Milledgeville for a Northwest Upstate Illini bout on Thursday, October 5. Forreston will play a Missiles squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Fulton (Fulton, IL). The Missiles record now stands at 10-10.
