The Georgetown Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pflugerville Connally Cougars to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now have a 26-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pflugerville for a 5A Region III District 23 game on Friday, October 6. Georgetown will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Bastrop (Bastrop, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 8-25.

The Cougars (10-21) will now prepare for their game against Elgin (Elgin, TX). The Wildcats enter the 5A Region III District 23 game with a 3-23 record. In their last game, Elgin dropped by East View (Georgetown, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
