North Carolina High School Volleyball - Goldsboro overwhelmed by Princeton

In Tuesday's league battle, the host Princeton Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Goldsboro Cougars.

The Bulldogs (11-4) will now prepare for their battle against Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC). The Gators come into the Neuse Six 2A battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Spring Creek achieved victory over Eastern Wayne (Goldsboro, NC), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Cougars encounter the North Johnston Panthers (Kenly, NC) in a Neuse Six 2A battle, on Thursday, October 5. Goldsboro will attempt to advance on its 4-10 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 6-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Farmville Central (Farmville, NC).
