The Greene County Wildcats topped the visiting Richton Rebels volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Resurrection Catholic for a non-league test on Thursday, October 5. Greene County will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Biloxi (Biloxi, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 13-8.
The Rebels (9-8) will now prepare for their test against Pelahatchie (Pelahatchie, MS). The Chiefs enter the non-league test with a 9-13 record. In their last test, Pelahatchie gained a win over Florence (Florence, MS), 3-0, in a non-league test.
