The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Liberty Red Devils (Liberty, SC) and the visiting Greenville Tech Charter Warriors (Greenville, SC), saw Liberty's volleyball squad beat Greenville Tech Charter by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Liberty upgrades its record to 7-10 on the year. The Red Devils host Chesnee (Chesnee, SC) to play the Eagles in a AA Region 1 bout on Thursday, October 5. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-9. Chesnee lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Greer Middle College (Taylors, SC)

The Warriors now own a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Landrum for a AA Region 1 bout on Thursday, October 5. Greenville Tech Charter will play a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Blacksburg (Blacksburg, SC). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-7.
