The Smoky Valley Vikings volleyball team (Lindsborg, KS), was nudged 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Halstead Dragons (Halstead, KS)

The Dragons (26-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Southeast of Saline (Gypsum, KS). The Trojans enter the non-league challenge with a 16-8 record. In their last challenge, Southeast of Saline nipped Riley County (Riley, KS), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings meet the Southeast of Saline Trojans (Gypsum, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Smoky Valley will attempt to move on its 17-8 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 16-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Riley County (Riley, KS).
