The Herriman Mustangs (West Herriman, UT) volleyball were winner over the visiting Riverton Silverwolves (Riverton, UT), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Herriman betters its record to 8-3 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT) to face the Grizzlies in a 6A Region 2 outing on Thursday, October 5. The Grizzlies go into the outing with a record of 9-9. Copper Hills lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Bingham (South Jordan, UT)

The Silverwolves now sport a 6-18 record. They play next when they host Corner Canyon for a 6A Region 2 outing on Thursday, October 5. Riverton will face a Chargers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT). The Chargers record now stands at 20-5.
