The Woodlawn Colonels volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Jackson-Olin Mustangs to 0 in the Colonels non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Colonels now have a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mountain Brook for a 6A Area 10 game on Thursday, October 5. Woodlawn will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Spain Park (Hoover, AL). The Spartans record now stands at 31-4.

The Mustangs (2-13) will now prepare for their game against Center Point (Birmingham, AL). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 4-14 record. In their last game, Center Point dropped by Gardendale (Gardendale, AL), 3-0, in a league game.
