The Wauzeka-Steuben Hornets held off the host Kickapoo Panthers volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.
The Hornets now have a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weston for a Ridge & Valley test on Thursday, October 5. Wauzeka-Steuben will confront a Silver Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Seneca (Seneca, WI). The Silver Eagles record now stands at 1-9.
The Panthers (5-11) will now prepare for their test against Seneca (Seneca, WI). The Indians enter the Ridge & Valley test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Seneca held off Weston (Cazenovia, WI), 3-0, in a league test.
