The Nodaway Valley Wolverines volleyball team (Greenfield, IA), was nudged 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Lenox Tigers (Lenox, IA)

The Tigers (20-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Orient-Macksburg (Orient, IA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Orient-Macksburg nipped Diagonal (Diagonal, IA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wolverines encounter the Martensdale-St. Mary's Blue Devils (Martensdale, IA) in a Pride of Iowa challenge, on Thursday, October 5. Nodaway Valley will attempt to move on its 6-16 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 2-17 record after their 3-1 league loss to Wayne (Corydon, IA).
