Ohio High School Volleyball - McDonald edged by Mineral Ridge

The Mineral Ridge Rams volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host McDonald Blue Devils to 2 in the Rams league victory on Tuesday.

The Rams now have a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springfield for a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet game on Thursday, October 5. Mineral Ridge will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Western Reserve (Berlin Center, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 9-9.

The Blue Devils (11-7) will now prepare for their game against LaBrae (Leavittsburg, OH). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 15-3 record. In their last game, LaBrae held off Liberty (Youngstown, OH), 3-0, in a league game.
