Arizona High School Volleyball - Mingus edged by Prescott

The Prescott Badgers held off the host Mingus Marauders volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Badgers now have a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mohave for a 4A - Grand Canyon test on Monday, October 9. Prescott will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 3-0 league win over Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 12-10.

The Marauders (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Coconino (Flagstaff, AZ). The Panthers enter the 4A - Grand Canyon test with a 3-16 record. In their last test, Coconino was nudged by Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ), 3-0, in a league test.
