The Huskies (12-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL). The Griffins enter the non-league challenge with a 13-9 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln-Way East was nudged by Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors encounter the Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL) in a DuPage Valley challenge, on Thursday, October 5. Waubonsie Valley will attempt to move on its 9-11 season record. The Redhawks enter the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 2-1 league loss to Metea Valley (Aurora, IL).
