North Carolina High School Volleyball - West Mecklenburg routed by North Mecklenburg

The North Mecklenburg Vikings volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host West Mecklenburg Hawks to 0 in the Vikings league victory on Tuesday.

The Vikings now have a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chambers for a Queen City 3A/4A game on Thursday, October 5. North Mecklenburg will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Hopewell (Huntersville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 8-10.

The Hawks (0-11) will now prepare for their game against Hopewell (Huntersville, NC). The Titans enter the Queen City 3A/4A game with a 8-8 record. In their last game, Hopewell gained a win over Chambers (Charlotte, NC), 3-1, in a league game.
