The Pierce Bluejays (Pierce, NE) volleyball tipped the visiting Wayne Blue Devils (Wayne, NE), 2-1 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Pierce upgrades its record to 22-2 on the year. The Bluejays host O'Neill (O'Neill, NE) to face the Eagles in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 5. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 9-11. O'Neill won 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] (Clearwater, NE)

The Blue Devils now own a 11-11 record. They play next when they travel to Crofton for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 5. Wayne will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Wakefield (Wakefield, NE). The Warriors record now stands at 13-6.
