In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Sand Rock Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Sardis Lions.

The Wildcats (29-14) will now prepare for their battle against Glencoe (Glencoe, AL). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league battle with a 10-25 record. In their last battle, Glencoe achieved victory over Gaston (Gadsden, AL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Lions clash with the Scottsboro Wildcats (Scottsboro, AL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 5. Sardis will attempt to advance on its 12-14 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 8-15 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Kate Duncan Smith DAR (Grant, AL).
