In Tuesday's league battle, the host Whiteville Wolfpack volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the West Columbus Vikings.
The Wolfpack (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC). The Gators come into the Waccamaw 1A/2A battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, East Columbus lost by South Columbus (Tabor City, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Vikings clash with the South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) in a Waccamaw 1A/2A battle, on Thursday, October 5. West Columbus will attempt to advance on its 0-12 season record. The Stallions come into the battle with a 17-1 record after their 3-0 league win over East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC).
