The Washington County Bulldogs felled the host Bayshore Christian Eagles football team by a score of 44-21 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Blacksher Bulldogs (Uriah, AL) in a 2A Region 1 challenge, on Friday, October 11. Washington County will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 50-9 league win over St. Luke's Episcopal (Mobile, AL).
The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Central (Hayneville, AL). The Lions go into the 2A Region 1 challenge with a 1-4 record.
