Reed-Custer Comets (Braidwood, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Streator Bulldogs (Streator, IL), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Reed-Custer improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Comets host Pontiac (Pontiac, IL) to face the Indians in a non-league test on Monday, October 7. The Indians go into the test with a record of 1-0. Pontiac won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Streator (Streator, IL)

The Bulldogs now own a 3-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coal City for a test on Tuesday, October 8. Streator will face a Coalers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lisle (Lisle, IL). The Coalers record now stands at 0-3.
