The Lindbergh Eagles held off the host Evergreen Wolverines soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Thursday's league game.
Next, the Eagles clash with the Highline Pirates (Burien, WA) in a 2A KingCo game, on Tuesday, October 8. Lindbergh will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Pirates come into the game with a 5-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Eisenhower (Yakima, WA).
The Wolverines (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Foster (Tukwila, WA). The Bulldogs come into the 2A KingCo game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Foster was nipped by Interlake (Bellevue, WA), 12-0, in a non-league game.
