The Central Davidson Spartans (Lexington, NC) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 15-2 record. They play next when they host Wheatmore for a non-league bout on Monday, October 7. Central Davidson will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Montgomery Central drops to 1-10 on the campaign. The Timberwolves travel to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC) to clash with the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 8. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a record of 14-3.
