In Thursday's non-league outing, the Granger Spartans (Granger, WA) volleyball team were victorious over the host Columbia Coyotes (Burbank, WA), by a tally of 5-0.

The Spartans now have a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Sunnyside Christian for a non-league outing on Monday, October 7. Granger will play a Knights team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Walla Walla Valley Academy (College Place, WA). The Knights record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, Columbia drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Coyotes travel to River View (Kennewick, WA) to play the Panthers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 8. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 6-3. River View won 5-0 in their recent non-league outing against Mabton (Mabton, WA)
